SISTERHOOD
In Alpha Phi, we believe the bonds of sisterhood are something that can never be broken. As a sister of Alpha Phi, you are a member of an international group of women that will become your forever friends. Alpha Phi creates an environment where each member can contribute her own unique perspective and personality in all that we do. We constantly learn from one another and encourage each other to grow. Each semester, to celebrate and strengthen our ties as sisters, Alpha Phis participate in many fun and exciting events such as sisterhood retreats, social events, formals, and so much more.

"When I was coming to college, I wasn’t just looking for a group of friends—I was searching for a sisterhood that mirrored the bond I’ve been lucky enough to share with my own sister. A love that is fiercely loyal, endlessly supportive, and beautifully unconditional. I knew I needed to find that same kind of unwavering presence in this new chapter of life, and the moment I found Alpha Phi, I knew I found a group of girls that would make Baylor feel like home.
This sisterhood has been everything I dreamed of and more. It’s late-night talks that turn into lifelong memories and the kind of joy that comes from knowing you’re surrounded by women who will celebrate you at your highs, and walk with you at your lows. My heart is so full knowing that I’ve found that here, and I pray you feel that same sense of belonging, support and unconditional friendship in Alpha Phi—because that’s what makes this more than a chapter. That’s what makes it home!"
